This blend contains Frankincense oil (rare), known for its wealth of health supporting properties and its anti-inflammatory activity, soothes skin and reduces the appearance of blemishes.

Rose and Neroli essential oils to. relieve stress and relax muscles.

Boron, which assists mineral uptake, has anti-yeast properties, helps boost oestrogen, antioxidant effects and research shows it to be effective on menopausal skin.

Can be used either to massage the skin directly or as part of a warm bath at the end of the day.

In the Bath:-  

• 4 pumps into a warm bath at the start of running the water. Soak for 20 minutes. Pat dry when you come out of the bath.

Apply Soothing Body Lotion if desired.

In the Shower:-

• Apply daily to damp skin after showering
