You can order directly from our website by following the instructions therein.
Payment is taken on a secure server by PayPal or WooCommerce – to ensure that your details and credit card information are kept safe.

Shipping
UK Mainland – tracked by parcel weight.
Small up to 2kg = £4.99
Medium 2kg – 10kg = £7.99
Large 10kg+ = £9.99
All orders to Europe and the Rest of the World are calculated on weight:
Europe Zones 1,2,3 to a maximum of £40.00.
World Zones 1,2,3 to max £60.00.
N.B. For international customers, the price of the items and postage does not include customs and import duties as these charges vary from country to country. Therefore, please check your country’s import charges before placing an order.
How to Pay
When you order from our website your payment details are taken by our payment gateway providers, PayPal or WooCommerce. Your full payment is required with the order.
Dispatch of Goods
We aim to process every order within 48 hours of receipt. During busy times of the year and weekends there may be unavoidable delays. Please allow at least four working days for delivery in the United Kingdom and at least two weeks for overseas.
The date is calculated from when the order is sent.
Returns
Please advise of any damage or shortages in delivered goods within 24 hours of receipt.
Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel before dispatch.
Returned goods unopened (other than their outer packaging) or unused: On receipt we will refund you the cost of the goods. This is only applicable to private consumers and not business clients.
Delayed and non-delivery of an order: Please allow 14 days from date of dispatch before making a claim.
Claims are actioned if failure to deliver after a further 28 days.
We reserve the right to alter product details and prices at any time.
